A lucrative opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join their finance team in a position which will play a key role supporting business growth and strategic decision-making. Working closely with the Operations and Management Teams, this individual will provide crucial financial insights to enhance profitability, drive expansion, and support fundraising efforts.

This is a pivotal role which requires very strong technical expertise, creativity and the ability to forge strong relationships with the Operations, Management Team and advisers. Applicants must be ACCA/CIMA qualified in order to be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities
* Manage the forecast process, both for internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage the annual budget process
* Work with Operations to develop and monitor the relevant KPIs to track the performances of the business
* Work with the Group Financial Controller at month end to review and analyse the performance of the business against KPIs and budget
* Produce monthly analysis and presentations for the Board
* Produce the financial models for the expansion and M&A projects
* Produce the work cap models and presentations for the fund raising projects
* Participate in ad hoc projects to improve financial performance
* Produce ad hoc reports and presentations as required by the business

Skills and experience
* Qualified Accountant - ACCA/CIMA
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of SQL preferable
* Ability to spot trends and pick out inaccuracies.
* Comfortable building detailed financial models for analytical and forecasting purposes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Inquisitive and analytical mind, thriving on tackling complex problems, and constantly building and refining processes with rigour and diligence.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial or fast growth environment.
