Jenson Fisher have been engaged by an established multi-national business based in Edinburgh to recruit a Finance Analyst on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting into the Management Accountant of this well-structured finance department, the role of the Finance Analyst is to monitor, manage and control daily financial reporting and ensure that business information is up to date on a timeous basis.

This is a role which will suit someone who is either actively progressing with their professional accountancy qualifications (ACCA, CA, CIMA or equivalent) and full support will be given with this regard.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include;

  • Support the wider finance team via the effective analysis of financial information and reports.
  • Play a key role at the month and year end process.
  • Assisting with the preparation of management and statutory reports.
  • Analysis of budgets and cashflow.
  • Business forecasting.
  • Assisting with the analysis of results.
  • Supporting with the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
