This is who you are…

To be successful in this role we’re looking for someone who has;

  • Experience in a finance related role

  • You’ll already have or will be working towards a professional qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA)

  • A 'can do’ attitude is essential to ensure the delivery of tasks to agreed standards and deadlines

  • Strong excel reporting skills are required to be able to present information in an informative way

  • Strong attention to detail is essential

  • We’ll need you to have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style when needed

  • It’s important that you can build effective relationships and manage key stakeholders appropriately

This is the job…

This role is known internally as a Finance Analyst. You will assist the Finance Business Partner in providing proactive financial support to the IQED business unit to ensure that they achieve their financial objectives, plans and targets, including cash flow. Helping to analyse the business unit to evaluate the financial effects of projects or initiatives, and ensure that the effect of any agreed projects or initiatives is clearly measured and included within rolling financial forecasts. You’ll need to ensure that all project expenditure is correctly identified and reported against the agreed budget or project summary.

You will be directly responsible for supporting the preparation of accurate and timely financial information and management accounts for the business unit, and for the accuracy and integrity of the accounting records maintained for the business unit.

In conjunction with the Finance Business Partner, you’ll work with the business unit management to prepare, understand, challenge and agree an annual budget or reforecast as required to be submitted to Group for consolidation.

This is the salary on offer…

We are offering a starting salary of up to £25,000, subject to your experience.

IQED provide a range of support services to the insurance and legal sectors and are a Tier 1 Medical Reporting Organisation. Offering services which include medical reporting, other expert reporting, telephone interviewing, rehabilitation treatments and diagnostic procedures.
