Client Details

Seeking to add three new interim members to support with work load.


  • Invoicing related input and administration.
  • To process adhoc invoices and credit notes in the computer system
  • Process sales for selected branches, ensuring payments are accurate & within agreed SLA's.
  • Complete sale reconciliation for areas under your control.
  • Act as contact point for your selected areas, developing/maintaining good quality relationships.
  • On a daily basis process allotted sales ensuring the data is accurate. Ensure sale procedure is carried out in line with guidelines and timetable.
  • Protect company income, ensuring all vendors charged commission, and charges in line with terms.
  • Action customer/branch queries, accurately, efficiently and politely.


  • Accounts / Administration / Office based experience is beneficial.
  • Be effective communicator by phone and email
  • Be able to deal with awkward customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Team worker
  • Ability to step up volumes and maintain quality
