Finance Administrator

Robert Half are privileged to be working with a rapidly expanding business based in Cowley (GL53) who (despite current situation) are experiencing a growth phase!

The role will be office based, however the company are following government guidelines around spacial awareness.

This role is a Temporary contract covering sickness and is required to start immediately.

Starting ASAP this role will report to the Financial Controller and see the post holder responsible for:

  • Purchase ledger - processing invoices
  • Sales Ledger
  • Banking
  • Database maintenance
  • Supporting the wider office with ad-hoc administrative duties

To be considered for this great opportunity:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Ideally have experience of Sage software
  • Confident and articulate communication skills
  • Available to start work ASAP!
