Key responsibilities for the Finance Administrator in Leighton Buzzard:
Maintaining the purchase ledger and processing invoices
Credit Control - chasing and taking payments when required
Supporting the finance manager in month end
Payroll duties where necessary
Maintenance of the cash book
Maintenance of the petty cash account
Maintaining the nominal ledger when necessary (Sales and Purchase Ledger)
The successful candidate for the Leighton Buzzard Finance Administrator will:
Have a positive, can-do attitude and be wanting to achieve
Be friendly, personable and committed
Ideally have experience using SAGE
Be organised and hardworking
Have good analytical skills
Be able to work 8-5pm Mon-Fri
