Finance Administrator for a busy role in the Fife area. Working as part of a friendly team, you'll be someone who enjoys spreadsheets, has strong analytical skills and can work quickly to deadlines. Good knowledge of Excel as well as proven work experience as an accounts administrator or similar is essential. An understanding of Service Charge would be advantageous but not essential.

Finance Administrator:

  • Assisting the Operations manager with contractor liaison
  • Process invoices and progress for payment
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Raise & code purchase orders
  • Manage financial query resolution
  • Arrange payment and deal with utility queries
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors and address discrepancies
  • Update internal accounting database and spreadsheets
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
