My global client; a leader in their field are seeking a finance administrator to join the business on a temporary basis. In this role you will be responsible for supporting with collating and reviewing KPI's and sales targets and calculating and communicating results.

The role involves:

Manage data collection process within the business, ensuring that all data is entered correctly
Review and analyse the quality of objectives being set and liaising with management across the business
Work to strict deadlines to ensure payments are submitted to payroll on time for processing
Communicate Targets and Comp Statements in a timely manner
Calculate Sales and Non Sales payments adhering to strict deadlines
Manage and respond to queries promptly and professionally

To be considered you will:

Have strong excel skills - including handling large data sets and macros
Experience within data management
High attention to detail & highly organised
Great communicator and relationship builder
Hard-working and pro-active approach
