A dynamic property consultancy based in the city centre is seeking a hands-on and meticulous Finance Administrator to assist with a wide range of tasks across the business. You will be given much responsibility in handling tight deadlines, working on new projects and maintaining communication across the different offices.
The role will primarily involve:
Creating new clients and conducting credit checks
Preparing project reports and utilising excel to monitor progress
Producing invoices and issuing within the correct accounting deadlines
Dealing with supplier invoices and ensuring they are coded properly
Monitoring of timesheet and expenses
Control of petty cash and monthly reconciliation
The successful Financial Administrator will be assertive in their approach and be willing to take ownership for their work. Ideally, you will have some finance administration experience behind you already alongside a proactive and detail orientated mind-set.
