Finance Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a part time Finance Administrator to provide administrative support to our client, in a Nursery .

The role involves:

  • Maintaining records using the nursery computer programme
  • Review and collection of fees
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Prepare banking and payroll spreadsheet
  • HGS orders
  • General office duties

The ideal Finance Administrator will be/have:

  • AAT qualified
  • Computer literate - strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Debt Management experience
  • Excellent communicating skills - in person, in writing and on the telephone
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
  • Organised

Hours of work are 8am-1pm Mon-Fri (25hrs)
