Finance Administrator

We are assisting a growing technology company based near Coleshill to appoint an immediately available Finance Administrator on a 12 month assignment. The Finance Administrator will effectively manage and process all expenses matters for the workforce of 100+ staff. Sat within a fun and bubbly team you will be involved in various financial matters on an ad-hoc basis to contribute to the finance department’s success.

The client is ideally looking for an experienced accounts or expenses candidate but is open to train a junior accounts candidate with both energy and enthusiasm to learn.

Ideally, you will:
-Have a positive attitude, be reliable and hardworking
-Handle all expenses and weekly reconciliations -verifying payments and refunds
-Manage incoming and outgoing multi-currency cash to various cashbooks
-Contribute to month end journals and fixed asset depreciation
-Monthly invoicing and weekly reporting for specific customers
-Raising CHAPS and BACS payments through the bank accounts
-Any other ad-hoc analysis or accounts reporting to help the team
