An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our clients based in Boston. The main focus of the role is to be responsible for the day to day administration of new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Process monthly reports
- Providing administrative support to advisors
- Issuing quotations and new contracts
- Taking inbound calls
- Responding to email enquiries
- High volume of data entry
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Computer literate
- Excellent data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service expereince is essential
