Finance Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arise in North London for a Finance Administrator who wants to gain some great exposure within a growing finance team, providing valuable support to the company, on a temporary-ongoing basis.

The Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Date input for sales invoices and cash payments
  • Process sales & purchases invoices
  • Use and record data using Sage 200
  • Ensure there are no duplicated or incorrect data sets
  • Adhoc duties within accounts
  • Answering calls and dealing with customers

Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum of one year's office based support experience
  • Experience with processing sales / purchase invoices
  • Excellent IT and numeracy skills including full Microsoft Office suite
  • Self- motivated and strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and speed
