Our client, a prestigious wealth management firm in N London has an immediate vacancy for an expereinced Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant and Office Administrator to take on a varied role. Main duties will include supporting our Account Manager on accounting administration, of 5 small entities, FCA-related matters, updating SAGE & Statutory Books, and various other compliance-related matters.
The candidate should be keen to get involved in various aspects of the office management as well, including supporting the Principal whilst his personal assistant is out of the office. The office is located in North West London.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of SAGE software and have some experience in accounting. The role is new, so flexibility and a proactive attitude is key.
