Finance Administrator

Our centrally based Basingstoke client has an immediate requirement for Finance Administrators to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Working closely with the finance department and commercial teams, responsibilities of the position include:
  • Maintaining Purchasing Card user accounts and monitoring transactions
  • Reviewing and coding of cost transactions in the banking online system
  • Finance reporting on card transactions
  • Liaise with staff and Managers providing finance information
  • Audit card usage and reporting
To be considered for the temporary opportunities, you will have the following skills and attributes:
  • The ability to communicate well and liaise with all levels of staff
  • Analytical and good excel skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Committed individual who is proactive
  • Team player who has initiative
  • Previous finance experience preferred
The company is situated close to the train station and has free car parking onsite. Candidates who are available at short notice will be considered favourably at this time.
