Working closely with the finance department and commercial teams, responsibilities of the position include:
- Maintaining Purchasing Card user accounts and monitoring transactions
- Reviewing and coding of cost transactions in the banking online system
- Finance reporting on card transactions
- Liaise with staff and Managers providing finance information
- Audit card usage and reporting
- The ability to communicate well and liaise with all levels of staff
- Analytical and good excel skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Committed individual who is proactive
- Team player who has initiative
- Previous finance experience preferred
