Mode is a successful and vibrant company based near Ware, Hertfordshire. Mode Print Solutions Ltd serves the London area and due to expansion we are now looking to recruit an experienced full time Finance Administrator. You will be an extremely organised and numerate person with good experience of accounting systems.


  • Processing of sales and purchase ledger invoices, and processing payments.

  • Sales contract processing and customer invoicing.

  • Dealing with supplier queries.

  • Performing regular bank reconciliations.

  • Maintaining in-house sales recording systems.

  • Production of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Ad-hoc projects.


  • Organised and ability to communicate across different departments.

  • Accurate, with excellent attention to detail.

  • A friendly and willing attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills and working within a successful team.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Competent with Sage line 50.

  • Strong word/excel spreadsheet skills.

  • Experience of preparing management accounts would be an advantage

  • AAT qualified would be an advantage but happy to support training for the right person.

  • Well presented with a smart appearance.


  • Salary £18-24K (dependent on experience).

  • 30 days paid holiday (inclusive of statutory bank holidays).
