Large company based in Hayes needs a finance administrator for a long-term temp role that could go permanent.
Your new company
A multinational organisation with operations all over the globe. Having won new contracts they are looking for additional support within their finance team based in Hayes.
Your new role
Working closely with the finance management team, you will take responsibility for both accounts payable and accounts receivable duties whilst also supporting the finance manager with month-end work. This will involve supporting the purchase order process, raising sales invoices, reconciling supplier and customer data, assisting with month-end trading and ensuring unposted costs are accrued correctly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need some experience of working within finance and most importantly a can-do attitude along with good communication and IT skills, in particular Excel.
