Brief Description

Prestige Network Ltd is a leading translation and interpreting company established for over 20 years that provides language services to both the public and commercial sectors with an enviable list of clients.

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to support our finance team

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Linguists invoice entries to be entered on Excel and Sage
  • Handling queries from linguists & Clients
  • Raise Client Invoice on sage with supporting backup sheets from Salesforce
  • CC statements and supplier invoices entered on Sage
  • Cheque receipts, bacs & Credit card payments to allocate
  • Credit Control
  • Assisting in Monthly Payment Runs when required
  • Handling accounts queries
  • Any other finance related duties as requested by the Accounts Supervisor

  • The ability to prioritise and organise own workload in an effective and accurate manner, whilst working within broad guidelines
  • Willingness and ability to undertake training needed to fulfil the changing requirements of the job

Skills Required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sage Line 50 and Salesforce
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
