Part Time Administrator to support a Financial Advisor team.
A Company based in Ferndown are looking for a part time administrator who will work with a Financial Advisor, offering all administrative support, this will be a varied admin role, involving investments, pensions and life cover.

You must have very strong office and administration experience and ideally have some experience within the financial sector however this is not essential as training can be given.
You will be involved with all administration, template and covering letters, overseeing emails, research work and being involved with projects, offering admin support for these projects.
You will also be speaking to clients and providers so a high level of good communication skills and customer service will be needed.
You must be organised as a lot of the work is time sensitive, with deadlines and time constraints. You must manage a variety of tasks and administration and be able to change from different tasks easily. Strong computer skills are also required in Excel, Word and other Microsoft programs.

The Company are a independent financial adviser specialising in offering individual, bespoke financial planning solutions. You will be working as part of the team as well as being happy to work independently

Salary is negotiable depending on candidate.
This is a part time role, 3 days a week, there is flexibility on these days, office hours 8.30am - 5.30pm
