Finance Administrator - Term time only!

Watson Evans Associates are working on a rare opportunity for a Finance Administrator to work during academic term time only.

Based in West Cornwall, the role will be offered on a permanent basis and will be for a 35 hour working week for approximately 45 weeks of the year. There is also an extremely competitive benefits package attached to the role and it will be accompanied by a salary with a full time equivalent of between £15,500 and £18,500.

Working as part of an existing and stable finance team, you will ideally already have a minimum of two years experience in a similar finance administration position. In addition to this, you may be part or fully AAT qualified, and study support to complete this qualification could also be made available to you.

The core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Bank, credit card & petty cash reconciliation
  • Ad hoc admin tasks
