We are recruiting for a business based in Aztec West Bristol who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily banking, processing of cash receipts, cheques, and credit cards

  • Set up of Premium Credit Finance for clients

  • Generation for daily banking totals; reconciliation of bank accounts

  • Uploading financial services accounts statements

  • Reconciliation and payment of Insurer accounts by Bacs

  • Assist with credit control

  • General admin and stationery duties for the whole office

Essential Skills/ Experience

  • Keen interest to work in Finance

  • Confident phone manner and PC skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
