Finance Administrator - Lichfield

Hollyfield Personnel are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their client based in Lichfield on a permanent basis.

Duties to include:

  • Creating and maintaining charge and pay rates within an internal system
  • Processing new starter forms
  • Liaising effectively at all levels with various internal departments
  • Ensuring all changes to pay and charge rates comply with authorisation matrix
  • Maintain and update relevant information into internal systems
  • Investigating and resolving any finance or invoice queries
  • Archiving old data
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Essential Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Experience using cold Harbour would be advantageous
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
  • Able to manage a busy workload
  • Strong eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • A car driver due to location

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
