Key responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of daily sales reporting
  • Dealing with administrative duties
  • Management monthly reports by cutting and pasting into relevant documents
  • Maintain journal schedule, Balance Sheet files, Admin driven tasks
  • Daily Banking of Receipts
  • Daily cash managements
  • FX adjustments, bank charges, Direct Debits, non-standard - code & post
  • Petty cash, ID cheques received, Promo/POS accrual (Damian), Music (PRS) accrual
  • Prepayments - monthly review, release, assessment & classification/coding
