Finance Administrator - 3 Month Temp Role

You will be working for a city centre Bristol company, you will need to be fast paced used to working in a busy environment.

  • Month end processing and reporting, this includes
  • Client, Office & deposit bank reconciliation Allocation of accruals & prepayments Producing management reports for partners' financial statement (Fee Earners' performance, Outstanding bills, Recorded WIP, Chargeable hours & New matters)
  • Assisting in quarterly VAT return, this includes: Preparing relevant reports (Journal of bills/disbursement's/nominal expenses/purchase ledger, etc) Correcting VAT coding errors Producing motor fuel expense claim Submitting VAT return to HMRC
  • Producing and reviewing financial control reports, including: Debt analysis Marketing analysis Sundry expenses analysis Rechargeable expenses analysis Subscriptions analysis Assisting with cash flow analysis
  • Liaising with external bodies
  • Processing bills & rendering credit notes
  • Allocating incoming BACs & CHAPs
  • Daily banking
  • Reviewing accuracy of financial records
  • Recording transactions appropriately
  • Resolving general finance related issues
