Finance Administrator - West Newcastle - £19,000-£21,000pa + Flexible Working
Your new company
An established family run business based in West Newcastle are looking to recruit a permanent Finance Administrator, with experience in Purchase Ledger, Customer Service and Administration to work within a very busy office.
Your new role
As the Finance Administrator you will be responsible for posting invoices, reconciling supplier statements and preparing the Bacs payment run. Along with cash allocation, updating the cashbook spreadsheet and petty cash postings.
Other duties will include dealing with customers either placing orders, enquiring about their orders and various products. You will also be responsible for cash handling which will need balancing, sorting and banking.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task and communicate effectively at all levels. The ideal person will be flexible and enjoys working in a varied and busy role.
