SRGEurope are recruiting for a Finance Administration Manager for a commercial shipping company based in Gibraltar. The Finance Administration Manager will be responsible for all company aspects of accounting including invoicing, payroll, monthly and annual accounts and company secretarial aspects applying an exceptional attention to detail

Finance Administration Managers Responsibilities:

  • Working with and alongside the Managing Director (MD) on a daily basis

  • Manage all purchase and sales invoices received, liaise with the account managers to ensure all sales and expenses are recorded

  • Manage all bank transactions including making payments and monthly reconciliations

  • Cash flow management

  • Preparation of monthly accounts and reports including analysis of sales and costs

  • Prepare payroll and salary reporting

  • Work alongside the MD and the Auditors for final annual accounting requirements including Tax reporting

  • Follow foreign currencies used within the business for optimum buy and sell

  • Manage company secretarial aspects including acquisitions and disposals of the company

  • Resolve any queries on invoices relating to shipping costs or borders

  • Ad hoc duties as required

Finance Administration Manager Profile:

  • QBE or AAT qualified or part qualified ACCA or CIMA or the equivalent

  • Hands on approach to accounting

  • Analytically minded, able to work methodically and accurately with attention to detail

  • Able to work without supervision and be proactive

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Spanish ideal but not essential

  • Ability to be rational and 'level-headed' when under pressure

  • Willingness to develop and acquire new skills

  • Self-motivation and the desire to succeed in your Finance career
