Finance Administration Assistant

I am recruiting for a Finance Administration Assistant for one of the UK's leading provider of water jetting services.
Your duties would be to carry out administrative tasks within the accounts and administration departments ensuring that relevant processes are followed and information is processed accurately and efficiently.
Principal Accountabilities are:
*Keeping sage updated with the latest information
*Processing sales invoices and applications
*Processing VAT returns
*Performing bank reconciliations
*Purchase order processing including the administration of the KANBAN system and hose purchases.
*To support the Finance / Administration Manager with the running of the department IE. Hotel bookings hiring of plant equipment, company vehicle administration and any other associated administrative tasks.
The candidate should be highly organised with tenacity for accuracy and detail. A deep knowledge and similarity with Sage software is essential as is the ability and will to work as part of a team who shares responsibilities and tasks when required.
