Finance - AAT Trainer - London - Full-Time & Permanent - £32,000 - £36,000

Are you an experienced Finance Apprenticeships Trainer? Do you have experience of teaching and assessing Finance qualifications up to Level 3? Are you looking to help the minds of tomorrow within your industry?

A role has become available with one of the UK's fastest growing Providers of Skills Training. This Provider delivers both Apprenticeships in the workplace and classes within their London based Training Centres. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a Finance - AAT Trainer.

This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis where you will visit learners across London and the surrounding areas.

This role is to teach and assess learners in a variety of Finance areas including assistant accounting and professional accounting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' solid experience within a similar role.

You must be knowledgeable within your sector and be confident to self-manage full caseloads. You will be a self-starter and be able to reach well informed and clear decisions. Excellent organisation, communication and administration skills.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

· Effectively managing a case load of learners

· Tracking learner progress

· Marking learner assignments

· Inspiring the Finance Minds of Tomorrow

Your current experience will incorporate:

· Assessing experience

· Assessing qualification (i.e. A1/CAVA or equivalent0

· Finance Industry qualification (i.e. AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW)

In return you will receive:

· A starting salary £32,000 - £36,000 pa

· Minimum 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
