We are currently seeking a Field Support Engineer / IT Support / EPOS Engineer for a leading IT and Telecoms Services organisation to work across client sites in Devon. This is a home based role with travel to customer sites and package includes a company car.
The candidates will be required to service / or install a wide range of hardware and software products across a varied estate of organisations. The role holder will also be required to take part in an out of hours rota.
To be successful in this role, you will hold skills in some of the following areas:
* Proven working knowledge and practical experience on Tier 1 desktop and notebook manufacturers (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba)
* Proven working knowledge and practical experience on Tier 1 printer manufacturers (HP, Brother, Epson)
* Basic/medium working knowledge and practical experience on Tier 1 server manufacturers (HP, Dell, IBM)
* Proven working knowledge and practical experience on Retail EPOS equipment.
