Field Support Engineer - c £40k + bonus & benefits
Based in Royston with global travel

Our office in Royston is currently recruiting for a Field Support Engineer to support our customers across the globe. This will be done by troubleshooting and repairing complex electromechanical issues on high value capital equipment. The Field Support Engineer will also escalate technical issues to their manager and take overall responsibility for driving technical resolution. Installation support also forms part of the role especially when introducing new product. The role will also include imparting advice to MO's end users alike to obtain the best performance from the machinery along with operator training. Documenting issues and working with in house engineers to help provide solutions is a key part of the role.

Ideally our client is looking for someone who has a higher level of education in an engineering discipline, has experience of working in a customer facing environment and can work for an organization with an internal and external customer base.
