Field Service Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Field Service Manager to work for a leading manufacturer of ticket vending and payment machines supplied to the transport industry (train and bus stations)
This role would be ideal for a Service Manager from any related electro-mechanical engineering industry
The Role:

  • Working from home covering Northern Ireland
  • Managing a team of engineers
  • Provide technical support where necessary to customers and engineers
  • Undertaking reviews with engineers
  • Meeting customers and regularly monitoring their satisfaction level
  • Handing escalated customer complaints
  • Assist in the recruitment of new engineers

The Candidate:

  • MUST have experience of managing field service engineers
  • MUST have previous engineering experience
  • Will have outstanding organisational ability
  • Will have experience of training and developing field service engineers

Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) + overtime + bonuses + company car, pension scheme and healthcare
