Field Service Manager

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for an EPoS Field Service Manager for a National Organisation to manage a team of Southern Engineers. To be suitable for this position the ideal candidate can live anywhere in Southern UK (Midlands down).

The Role:

  • Manage a team of Southern Engineers (London, South West, South East and Midlands)
  • Mentor and support the service engineering team and provide on the job training
  • Ensuring area is fully staffed with all engineer's skill set up to date and monitored
  • Provide statistical analysis of area / regional performance
  • Monitor the performance of engineers to ensure they are attending calls, carrying out required quantity of spares
  • Carry out site surveys to assess and plan requirements for safe installation
  • Carry out installation, testing and configuration of EPoS systems
  • Carry out planned and regular maintenance of all on site equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults to component level and effect repair on site


Required Experience:

  • Fieldd service management experience, managing a minimum team size of 20 engineers
  • EPoS or IT hardware engineering experience


Package:
£35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience), achievable quarterly bonuses + monthly car allowance + mileage
