We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our client, in the London/M25 region, due to a recent contract win leading to company growth and expansion.
**Please note that for this role, you will need to successfully complete and pass a UK based security clearance. Please bear this in mind when applying as specific documentation will be required**
We are looking for an experienced electro-mechanical engineer that ideally has experience of automated doors, gates, entry systems and/or traffic barriers and has previous experience of working with brands such as FAAC and Dorma. Ideally you will have ADSA, Gate Safe or DHF Gate Safety accreditation and have a good understanding or the legal requirements of the automation industry including risk assessments, force testing and Cat 2 and Cat 3 safety edges. A current CSCS card would be advantageous.
This is a customer facing position and as such, you must be presentable and happy to engage with different clients on a daily basis.
A positive work attitude is key to being successful in the role and you will be a hard-working, trustworthy and reliable individual that is equally confident and competant working alone as you are in teams.
Primarily, the role will be a Monday to Friday position and they do operate a 24/7 reactive call out rota which includes evenings and weekends plus overtime. You will be supplied with a company van, communication equipment, tools, uniform and PPE and be entitled to benefits including:
