A field based Service Engineer is required for the Kent, Sussex & Surrey, the primary role is to repair and maintain photocopiers, multi-functional devices and printer's responding to call outs within response SLA's and with a professional manner. The Photocopier Field Service Engineer will ideally need previous MFD, photocopier engineer experience however not essential. The role will involve installing and repairing photocopiers MFDs on customer premises, provide advice and in some cases training to customers, and must have proven excellent communication skills, customer service and customer facing skills. A good knowledge of PC's is essential as the use of is key to this role. An good understanding of IT networking and loading software i.e setting up printers on a network and loading printer software and drivers is also an advantage. Reporting to the Manpower Service Delivery Manager the Field Service Engineer will also be responsible achieving internal measurements and adherence to quality processes within the business set by both the Client (Xerox UK Ltd) and Manpower.
