An international leader of cash management / payment solutions due to growth are looking for an additional Field Service Engineer to join its existing service team based in the South London area.
Reporting into the Service Manager, the successful individual will be based from home and will be responsible for the service, repair, preventative maintenance and installation of their automated cash handling machines throughout the South London and Gatwick region , working to strict SLA’s and resolving technical issues with the support of technical support when required.
The successful individual must be able demonstrate previous commercial experience of working within a field service capacity, working on the service, repair and installation of cash management, ATM’s, bank note processing systems, coin handling, gaming, printers or photocopiers; have experience of basic fault finding down to component level using hand held test equipment as well as possess a full clean UK driving licence.
The client is looking for self-motivated individuals who possess strong customer facing and communication skills along with the ability to work well under pressure.
