Field Service Coordinator

Job description

As part of the Scheduling Team, the Field Service Coordinator is responsible for providing a 'world class’ Customer Service to number of stakeholders including UK based customers, service engineers and the sales team.

You will be responsible for accurately managing customer data, promoting maintenance and service plans and for effectively planning post sale activities, including product installations, servicing and repairs.

The role involves extensive communication with customers and engineers in order to maximise productivity, fulfil SLA's and achieve KPI's

Your tasks

  • Planning and coordinating field service engineer activities

  • Responding to all customer interactions and managing customer data

  • Proactively driving the growth of maintenance plans

  • Driving continuous improvements

  • Managing Stakeholders expectations

  • Proactive planning and organising post sales activities

  • Organising engineers to maximise productivity

Your profile

  • Customer focus with excellent customer service experience

  • Experience in planning and coordinating field service engineers

  • Be a confident problem solver

  • Experience of communicating well in all levels of the business

  • Able to recognise when process changes are needed and respond quickly in implementing them

  • Experience of a performance managed environment, including working to SLA's and achieving KPI's

  • Someone looking to showcase their skills in an exciting new role
