Area Sales Manager

Salary £35k to £50K depending on experience
- Bonus 20% of above

Our client is a well-established global brand with a notable name within their niche business. They are pioneers and idealists and recognised as one of the most innovative companies in its specialist field.
They are a manufacturer of a wide range of electrical installation systems and require an Area / Sales or Field Sales professional from either: a Lighting, Electronic, Electrical, Construction, HVAC, or Intelligent Systems Solutions background, where your route to market is or was via M&E Contractors.
They are seeking driven Technical Sales / Area Sales / Field Sales Manager who has sold via the M&E route to market. You will focus your efforts on building your existing client base with those contacts and be involved in something really special.
Specific Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be visiting System Integrators, M&E contractors and construction / installation companies.
You will be responsible for managing and developing your own network as well as being the
main point of contact for clients. In addition, you will also be responsible for tracking the advancements of already acquired projects, providing a good information flow to the distributors
and to the client and then managing projects on an on-going basis.
Your assigned geographical area will be nationally across the UK, but your main focus will be in the Greater London area and Southern Counties. You will be reporting to the Sales Director UK.
Ideally you will be results orientated and resilient and a highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial qualities to concentrate on generating new qualified leads with industry professionals promoting a range of unique products in order to generate sales.
