As Field Sales Manager you will have the following responsibilities;
- Manage a team of field based account managers nationally.
- Develop a competitive business sales strategy.
- To protect and grow revenue from a national portfolio of accounts.
- Implement the retention strategy.
- Ensure commercial targets are met.
- Coach, train and develop team.
- Regularly measure and manage performance against the company plan and KPI's.
- Proven track record within sales management.
- Strategic thinker.
- Excellent leader.
- Strong communicator.
- Happy to cover a national territory.
