AltoDigital are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive / Account Manager to represent the company within a designated postcode area in identifying prospective customers, maximising sales opportunities and generating new business sales. As well as the provision of expert advice, guidance and support on the benefits and commercial viabilities of digital print and reprographic solutions.

We offer in addition to the basic salary either car allowance or company car an uncapped bonus scheme and a career path for the right successful individual

Duties of the Field Sales Executive / Account Manager:

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers utilising the CRM system
  • Proactively establish business contacts and generate sales opportunities within a designated territory
  • Telemarketing and cold calling business prospects listed on our CRM system
  • Actively market designated territory using collateral available from group marketing department
  • Presenting and explaining benefits of available products and services
  • Negotiating business proposals to customers using Altodigital and Lease Company pricing structures
  • Providing a main point of contact for customers to enable efficient resolution of queries and issues
  • Keep customer informed of technological developments within the industry
  • Deliver excellent customer service whilst on customer premises
  • Provide sales forecasting data and reports on account status to management as required
  • Completion of personal activity reports to management as required
  • Accurate completion of sales and leasing paperwork and general efficient administration
  • Attend sales meeting and manufacturer/supplier training courses as required

Requirements of the Field Sales Executive / Account Manager:

  • Experience of outward bound calling within a B2B environment
  • Solid account management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Databases
  • Passion for sales and work on own initiative
  • Experience of writing communications
  • Proficient using social media especially LinkedIn
