Field Sales Executive
£20,000 plus uncapped commission (very realistic OTE £30,000- £40,000)
Hours- 9am- 5pm (flexibility required)

Are you a dynamic, proactive and motivated Business to Business Sales Professional?
An excellent opportunity with an extremely well-established Leeds based textiles wholesalers for a motivated and results driven Field Sales Executive has arisen. The company provide quality products and excellent design to both leading retailers and independent shops throughout the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful Sales Professional or Account Manager to visit new and existing clients, build and develop business and create a successful career with real progression opportunities and reward. You will be given a warm portfolio of existing clients as well as developing new business and split your time between visiting clients out in the field and making contacts and appointments from the head office. This is a great opportunity to take on a well-established portfolio of accounts and start earning commission immediately.

- a no threshold commission structure, with a realistic OTE of at least £10,000 on top of your basic salary (based on existing established accounts)
- A fully expensed and highly desirable company car, for both business and personal use
- A fully expensed phone and laptop, for both business and personal use
The role will involve managing and maintaining key client relationships and retaining business, further developing both existing and new business through prospecting and meetings. You will also be attending client meetings at least 3 days per week nationwide to build client relationships in person and upsell new product ranges. You must be tenacious and credible in your approach, as well as the following:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- A proven track record of developing business through attending client meetings
- Be extremely driven, motivated and positive
- Ability to work proactively towards targets
- Previous experience managing large spend client accounts
It is also essential that you are a strong communicator, have excellent rapport building skills to enable you to build strong and lasting relationships with your client base. Industry experience is not essential but the ability to be passionate about your product is a requirement to be a successful Field Sales Executive.
The company is based in East Leeds, in a modern office environment with good transport links and free parking on site.
