Kiwi Recruitment are now searching for a experienced, fantastic, knowledgable, reliable and enthusiastic B2B Field Sales Executive to be part of a great, open and growing company. The role will be tasked taking warm leads, generated by the internal lead generation team, and turning these leads into appointments and sales! This will involve elements both of phone sales and field sales, and you will be expected to visit clients on-site.
My client are a growing but sturdy company based in the Southampton Area who provide specialist recreational construction projects to a range of clients. Their designs are often fun and exciting across a range of applications.
This role will be very rewarding to the right candidate, both financially and in the work environment. The office is full of friendly people, who love a laugh, keep things positive and love the company they work for!
Working with pre-generated leads to expand business across the UK
Visiting clients and sites to build a rapport
Closing the deal using a consultative sales process
Acting as a brand ambassador and networking for new business
Account management of active clients through to completion of project
Spending the odd night away in order to visit sites for a full day
Self motivated to earn the money
Expert at building strong client relationships
Being well organised and taking ownership of the role
Experience of working to KPIs and Targets to meet your goals
5 years' Experience working in sales of projects, ideally in the Construction or Office Fit Out industries
This position should be expected to be equally split between office and field based work.
Very competitive basic salary and very strong OTE, depending on work attitude and experience! Also included: company car or car allowance, laptop, phone and everything else needed to complete your job.
