Field Sales Executive, Appointed Representative

My Client is looking for experienced entrepreneurial sales people who are from the Financial Services Industry, preferably Health and Life Insurance (either personal and business protection) - if this is you there is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high street national brand, on a SELF EMPLOYED basis with lots of great benefits and support.

Job Title: Field Sales Executive, Appointed Representative

Salary: My client is willing to offer some financial support for the first few months with attached KPIs so focus can be on building a client base. You will earn commission on every sale - uncapped earnings.
Flexible hours to suit and manage your own diary and appointments. There will be some referrals provided but not guaranteed.

Position Overview for the Field Sales Executive, Appointed Representative

You will be expected to:
· Generate your own leads through research of your area & self-generating activity
· Book appointments to speak with the correct decision maker and close the deal
· You will be selling to the general public or local businesses
· Know your product and have the confidence to overcome any objections
· Have a monthly review with your direct regional manager
· You will be given individual sales targets to manage and achieve

Requirements/Skills for the Field Sales Executive, Appointed Representative
· Strong sales background
Entrepreneurial, Self-motivated and disciplined
· Excellent attention to detail as inputting inaccurate info on the system can cause addition work and affect your commission amount - getting it right first time is essential
· Strong administration and collecting of all required specific information all boxes crossed
· Self-motivated, committed, flexible
