My client has been established for over 30 years and is a leader in the provision of software and services in the Payroll and HR space.
With over 500 staff worldwide and 16 global offices, they are a well-respected brand with a track record of deploying successful HR and payroll solutions.
To help them with their continued success in the UK they are looking to add a sales consultant to their team.
To obtain sales of the company’s products or payroll services through demonstrating products and services.
- Promptly follow-up all leads forwarded by telesales or other staff and communicate progress using internal CRM package.
- Prepare and submit responses to Invitations To Tender assigned to you by the due date
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Demonstrate the software
- Work in accordance with legal and statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.
- Understand changes in Payroll / HR legislation
- At least two years software sales experience, experience of HR or Payroll is not essential as training will be provided.
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- A high level of literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to exceed targets.
