If so we are recruiting for a talented sales associate to be part of our client's Southern UK field sales team.
Operating as part of the field sales team, this position is responsible for driving sales in an assigned region and the delivery of targets. Completely focused on closing new business sales, the achievement of maximum profitability and delivering growth in line with the company objectives. Ability to establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base is essential and to also embrace development to provide continuous improvement.
The post-holder will work directly with multiple colleague groups in the UK. Multiple KPIs and metrics will be used to determine the success and satisfaction generated by the individual's performance.
Responsible for developing business objectives and sales strategies, aligned with the market, this is a superb opportunity for someone experienced in this field who can deliver results and deliver client satisfaction
The successful candidate to this role will be able to demonstrate the following;
Educated to degree level is desirable.
Significant experience in new business B2B ROI direct sales.
Experience with vehicle tracking solutions is preferred but not essential.
Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.
Strong understanding of SME customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work as part of a national team of professionals.
Proven networking and referral generating ability with desire to drive new business sales and activity.
Using well developed critical thinking skills to create personal sales strategies and translate into actions.
