Our client is looking to hire experienced Field Sales Consultants / Account Managers who would like to forge a long- term career within an award-winning environment.

We have particular interest in people who come from a Telecoms or IT/ICT sales background although all backgrounds will be considered for the right candidates.

Role Field Sales Account Manager/ BDM

Salary £35,000 to £45,000 Depending on Experience. OTE £75k - £85k + Uncapped

Executive Car/Allowance - Mobile, laptop, Tablet + Great Benefits.

Location South West London - Kingston upon Thames

Hours Full Time Permanent, Business Hours

The Role

  • To develop opportunities across the product portfolio to existing and new clients.
  • Manage existing clients, increasing spend and share of wallet through first class sales skills.
  • Work closely with your internal sales team who will help set a large percentage of your appointments with clients.
  • Engage and partner with the wider business when required to improve the customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed reasonable targets and KPI’s set.
  • To be an ambassador for this market leading brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.

The role also offers a first-class working environment which encourages people to develop and grow for the long term into more senior roles or management & leadership.

Typical bonus earnings in this role range between £5k and £12k per quarter in commissions which is uncapped.

The Person

  • B2B Field Sales experience with a track record in results with the relevant industry
  • Experience of creating new business opportunities and managing clients.
  • Experience within the Telecoms or IT/ICT industry highly desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Understands the concept and value in pipeline and how to forecast results.
  • Ambitious to achieve £75k + in earning and grow a long-term career.

The Reward

  • £35k - £45k basic salary depending on experience
  • OTE £75k -£85k + Uncapped (regular earnings in this team of £3k -£5k per quarter)
