Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £18,000-£20,000 basic plus benefits, smart phone, travel bonus OTE (£36K+)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

As a Field Sales / Business Development Executive for XLN you will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis. Nothing is more important to our company than our employees and customers.

The Job

You are the face of XLN and you’ll be dealing with small business owners every day, showing them how we can reduce their bills - and why we’ve become the small business champion of the UK.

Salespeople are the superstars of the company and if you are successful there is no limit to where you can go with XLN.

For you to succeed, you’ll need:

  • The ability and confidence to meet with lots of business owners every day
  • A great attitude with an energetic, enthusiastic personality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • A passion for sales
  • The right attitude to get the job done and perform to targets
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard

Benefits:

We offer a £18,000-£20,000 basic salary based on your documented relevant sales experience.

But more importantly we offer an unlimited commission plan that allows you to earn as much as you want to.

Most of our salespeople earn £36k+ some considerably more, particularly our sales leaders.

You’ll also get a total of 28 days’ holiday, pension, childcare vouchers, health cash plan and much more besides.
