Isme recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Field Sales Account Manager for a growing communications company based in Pill.
As a Field Sales Account Manger you will be responsible for all sales activities, including lead generation in an assigned geographical area. You will need to know your local territory and be able to spot commercial opportunities by generating new business leads, identifying and understanding client’s business requirements whilst managing the commercial process and meeting individual monthly sales targets.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities will include;
• Responsible for the sales of all company products & services to maximise the growth across entire business.
• Demonstrate & develop technical selling skills of product knowledge to give effective presentations to key business decision makers.
• Develop client relationships & referrals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales & prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory.
• Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from our competitors.
£22-24k/annum + commission + car allowance Bristol/ South West region
As the ideal candidate you will be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work with initiative. A background in sales, preferably in media would also be ideal and you must be comfortable with meeting sales targets.
