Our client is a workplace furniture manufacturer. They are looking to employ a Field Quality Project Leader to represent the company to the customer and dealership in situations where there are major problems in need of resolution or where the customer has elevated complaints to the executive level.

Job Summary:

  • Represent the company to the customer and dealership in situations where there are major problems in need of resolution or where the customer has elevated complaints to the executive level
  • Handle customer quality concerns that are beyond dealer capabilities or beyond normal operations
  • Provide proactive project support for critical accounts
  • Provide technical leadership for regional teams to ensure the implementation of cost-effective and timely corrective actions that lead to customer satisfaction
  • Drive long term corrective action with Plants, Engineering, Development Studios, and Design Partnership companies
  • Working in / and leading cross functional teams to achieve continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance to team, dealers, and client members
  • Develop knowledge of:
    • Internal departments and processes (major order, manufacturing, specials, pricing, and project management)
    • All company product lines
    • The operations of the dealership and their subcontractors

Candidate Profile:

  • Technical skills and experience in working with external customers
  • Experience in crisis management
  • Able to quickly resolve problems and issues as they surface
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate ideas and thoughts to all levels at the dealership, the customer, and internally
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50% of working time)

Package:

  • Salary of £45,000 (dependent on experience)
