My client, a specialist in Laboratory Equipment, is searching for an experienced Field Operations Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities include: The supervision of Service and Installation Engineers, liasing with customers on technical issues, and the training and evaluation of engineers.
As well as these duties, you will also be responsible for providing engineers with the documentation and tools to allow them to safely and effectively undertake their roles.
Furthermore, you will resolve any technical/support issues in service/products, and evaluate engineer workload and recruitment.

Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths as well as an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent.
The position requires 5 years of experience in a service department of which 2 years working in a supervisory role. Candidates should have experience operating within an ISO9001:2015 environment and a working knowledge of health and safety.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work within the UK and hold all relevant paperwork. Copies of Visas and Passports will be requested.
UK Driving License Holder.
