Field IT Support

A customer focused role where your main responsibility will be the first port of call to all issues regarding the service desk and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • You will be resolving technical issues raised by the end users in a timely fashion - adhering to the customer SLA’s
  • Act as a single point of contact for all communications with the service desk
  • Receiving, logging and managing support requests via the phone, email or otherwise
  • Logging and maintaining all support requests
  • 2nd line trouble shooting
  • Working closely with the onsite engineers

Requirements

  • Excellent previous experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot windows desktops (7,8,8.1,10)
  • Excel proficient
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
  • Be prepared to be CRB checked
